Canada on Sunday agreed to sign a new trade deal which includes the United States and Mexico, revamping parts of the North American Free Trade Agreement after more than a year of tough negotiations.  The deal is big for many reasons, but at the very least avoids President Trump’s promise to move forward without Canada should the negotiations fail.  The revamped deal is called the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement and will grant the US greater access to the Canadian dairy market as well as address potential auto tariffs.
