South Dakota voters on Tuesday passed Initiated Measure 24 which bans out of state money to be contributed to ballot questions committees in order to help activities get questions on the ballot.  This legislation will likely be challenged according to an official with “American’s for Prosperity” a conservative activist group originally funded by the Koch brothers.  Don Haggar, South Dakota state director for the group, tells the associated press the ban on out-of-state money will likely be challenged calling it “clearly unconstitutional.”
