U.S. Fish and Wildlife agents in South Dakota are seeking information about the recent killing of a 2-year-old golden eagle found in South Dakota.  Authorities are offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the conviction of those involved in shooting the bird.  Agents believe the bird was shot in central South Dakota within the previous five days.  Golden eagles are protected under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection act and Migratory Bird Treaty act.
