San Antonio Spurs longtime sixth man announced via his twitter account Monday he will retire from basketball.  Ginobili leaves after a 23 year career at the age of 41.  Ginobili was selected in the second round 57th overall by the Spurs in 1999 and played his entire career in San Antonio.  During that time he helped the Spurs win four NBA championships, was named an NBA all-star twice, was the sixth man of the year in 08, and won a gold medal for his native country Argentina in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.
