A Powerball ticket sold at Kessler’s in Aberdeen was worth $1 million. According to the South Dakota lottery, the ticket purchased matched five of five winning numbers and was just a match of the Powerball away from winning the jackpot. The lottery recommends the winner sign the back of the ticket immediately, before claiming the prize at a lottery validation center.
