Kansas City defeats Philadelphia to win Super bowl 57

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles last night in Glendale Arizona to win Super bowl 57. The final was 38-35.

This is the Chiefs third Super Bowl in franchise history and second over the last four years. KC quarterback Pat Mahomes finished 21-27 passing for 182 yards and three touchdowns. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went 27-38 for 304 yard and one touchdown.

Britton/Hecla native and former SDSU tight end Dallas Goedert caught six passes for 60 yards for Philadelphia as well.

Mahomes said this victory was for Kansas City head coach Andy Reid who’s first head coaching job was with Philadelphia from 1999 to 2012…

Mahomes was also named NFL MVP after the victory.
