An Aberdeen man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child. According to court documents, 40-year-old Kenneth Vance has been indicted on four counts from an incident in November of 2022. Vance faces one felony count of first-degree rape with a person less than 13-years-old, one felony count aggravated incest with a person under 18 and two misdemeanors of purchasing or possession a child-like sex doll. Vance pleaded guilty to two counts of possession, manufacturing or distributing child pornography in 2012 and served six years after pleading guilty.
