An Aberdeen man has been indicted on seven counts of computer-generated child pornography charges. According to the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office, 56-year-old William Webster Bragg was indicted on September 11th on one count of distributing child pornography and six counts possession child pornography. The distribution charges carries a maximum of 15 years I prison while the other six counts each carries a maximum sentence of 10 years and a mandatory minimum of one year. The South Dakota legislature this past session, at the request of AG Marty Jackley added a computer generated child pornography statute into South Dakota law which took effect July 1st.
