The Aberdeen Police Department reports it has taken 49-year-old Luis Lambert Pons into custody regarding the hit and run that injured two children on Friday September 25th. Pons faces hit and run resulting in injury charges, a class 6 felony. According to police he is currently being held in the Brown County Jail and made his initial court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
