Police in Aberdeen say a woman has been arrested on rape charges. According to police, 31-year-old Ciara Ochotorena is facing charges including first degree rape, sexual exploitation of a minor and disseminating material harmful to minors. She was wanted by police who sought the public’s help in executing an arrest warrant on the suspect. According to court documents, the charges stem from alleged crimes which occurred between June and mid-August and involved children 13 and 14 years old.
