Dakota Broadcasting General Contest Rules

  • To be eligible to win, you (or a member of your household) may not have won in the past 30 days. Any prize awarded to an ineligible winner will be deemed void. We ask that winners pick up prizes within 10 business days of winning. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days again become property of Dakota Broadcasting. Winners may be asked to provide identification and sign a release. Any taxes or fees are the responsibility of the winner.
  • By taking part in our contests, you have awarded us the right to publicize your name, likeness and voice through any means of publicity. Remember that when you call Dakota Broadcasting (KABD & KMOM) the call may be recorded and used in any manner including broadcast. We assume no responsibility for problems with telephone, email or internet.
  • Employees of Dakota Broadcasting and their families, advertising agencies, affiliates and contest sponsors are not eligible to win.
