The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating an accident Wednesday that left one vehicle partially submerged in Lake Marsh. According to the Hamlin County Sheriff’s Office the incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Officials say the vehicle had partially rolled over and the Hayti Fire Department arrived first to extract the driver.
