Agtegra agriculture cooperative has announced plans for a $6 million expansion to its prescription agronomics business division in Ipswich. According to a release about the expansion, work is expected to begin in 2025. The project will double the plant’s fertilizer manufacturing capacity and add a new container packaging line. $3 million of the funding will come from the US Department of Agriculture in the form of a matching grant through the Fertilizer Production Expansion Program.
