The body of missing Aberdeen man Simon Deng was located last week after the Aberdeen Police Department contacted agents with the FBI. According to a release from the Aberdeen Police Department Deng’s body was found in a rural part of northeast South Dakota. Arrangements have been made to conduct an autopsy and the case is being treated as a homicide investigation. The release also said charges against the two men in custody for this case, 38-year-old Kyle Anthony Three Legs and 36-year-old Joshua Ortley are likely to be modified in the coming weeks.
