According to the South Dakota Department of Veterans affairs, a bridge near Mina South Dakota is set to be dedicated in honor of US Army Private first class Cy Kaiser. The dedication will be held at 1:30 p.m. June 22nd at the US Army Reserve Center, 115 South Roosevelt Street in Aberdeen. The bridge is located on US Highway 12 on the south side of Mina Lake. According to a release from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Kaiser died a hero on November 21st 1944 when he was killed in action in Germany.
