A man in Brookings has been arrested on arson charges. According to the Brookings county police department 70-year-old Peter Luze was arrested Monday facing two counts felony arson and one count of misdemeanor intentionally damaging property. Police allege Luze set two intentional fires between January 4th and January 11th at 405 First Avenue in Brookings. Luze is also accused of vandalising other buildings within the city.
