A Brookings man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for failing to register as a sex offender. According to the US attorney for South Dakota, 24-year-old Seth Livingston was indicted this august and appeared in court on the 11th. He pleaded not guilty to the charges he faces. The maximum penalty if found guilty could be 10 years in federal prison, and a $250,000 fine. According to the indictment, Livingstone was required to register as a sex offender between June 1st and June 11th.
