Brown County Commission no longer allowing the collection of ballot initiative signatures inside the courthouse

The Brown County Commission announced a new policy Tuesday, no longer allowing those collecting signatures for ballot measures to do so inside the courthouse, the courthouse annex or at least 10 feet in front of the courthouse.
