Update: Clark county authorities apprehend wanted man

Update: Clark county authorities have apprehended a suspect wanted on a number of charges. 40-year-old Michael Timothy Ambrose was arrested in Watertown early Wednesday morning. According to law enforcement a tip about Ambrose’s whereabouts was made by a citizen. He faces domestic abuse charges including 2nd degree kidnapping, aggravated assault including strangulation, simple assault intentionally causing bodily harm, interference with emergency communication and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Clark Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a wanted suspect. According to KXLG in Watertown, police are searching for 40-year-old Michael Timothy Ambrose. Ambrose is wanted on Domestic abuse charges including 2nd degree kidnapping, aggravated assault including strangulation, simple assault intentionally causing bodily harm, interference with emergency communication and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Court documents show a restraining order was ordered against Ambrose filed by Christina Boykin for domestic abuse.
