Convicted sex offender accused of reoffended

A convicted sex offender in Sioux Falls is back behind bars accused of reoffending. According to Keloland News 41-year-old Walter Perrin has been charged with 28 counts of possession of child pornography. He was convicted of the same charges back in 2010. His first court appearance is scheduled for today in a Minnehaha county courtroom.
