Dakotan’s for Health, the group trying to get a number of ballot measures in front of voters next November has responded to a report last week, South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has accused the group of breaking petition circulation laws.
In the letter, AG Jackley claims his office has video evidence of those illegal acts and has asked the group to comply with South Dakota petition circulation laws. Dakotan’s for Health is currently trying to get expanded abortion access and the repeal of the state grocery tax on the ballot.
