Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray fined $100,000 for throwing object on the court in Monday night’s playoff game against the Timberwolves

Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray avoided a suspension but received a $100,000 fine for his actions Monday in the Nuggets loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second game of their second round playoff series. Murray could be seen throwing a heating pad onto the court in frustration Monday with 4:41 remaining in the second quarter while the Wolves were up 49-30. Game three between the two teams will be Friday in Minnesota.
