Director of the state GOP leaving to take a job in Louisiana

The director of the South Dakota Republican party Madison Sheehan is leaving that position to accept a cabinet position with the Governor-elect of Louisiana Jeff Landry’s administration. Sheehan is leaving South Dakota to serve as the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
