One of the four people accused of being involved in the murder of 40-year-old Simon Deng of Aberdeen has pleaded guilty and been sentenced. 33-year-old Lucinda Buckley of Fargo, ND pleaded guilty to being an accessory to murder. She has been sentenced to five years in prison with two years suspended. She also received 112 days credit served. According to court documents, prosecutors allege Buckley tried to prevent investigators from discovering evidence. Deng went missing on October 27th 2022, his body was found in rural Roberts county following three weeks of searching.
