First medical marijuana dispensary opens in Aberdeen

Aberdeen now has its first and so far only medical marijuana dispensary. Dakota Herb opened its doors Tuesday about a year after it received its medical marijuana dispensary permit issued by the Aberdeen City Council. Dakota Herb has dispensaries open in Brandon, Huron, Vermillion and now Aberdeen which according to CEO Dalton Grimmius will serve as a hub for northeast South Dakota. Dakota Herb is located at 3307 7^th avenue southeast Suite 110. As of April 17^th there are currently 8,977 patients in South Dakota with an approved medical marijuana card.
