South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has ordered flags to fly at half-staff statewide effective immediately in honor of the victims of the mass shooting in Lewiston Maine which occurred Wednesday night. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset on October 30th. In this shooting 18 people were killed and another 13 injured during a shooting at a bowling alley and restaurant in Maine’s second largest city. The suspect in this case is 40-year-old US Army Reservist Robert Card.
