Former Aberdeen Wing defenseman Hugo Lindman Gustafsson signs professional deal in Sweden

Former Aberdeen Wing defenseman Hugo Lindman Gustafsson has signed a professional contract in his home country of Sweden. Lindman Gustaffson will join KRIF Hockey who plays in Sweden’s Hockeyettan league, a third tier league in the country. Gustaffson is 21 years old and exhausted his NAHL eligibility. He played one season with the Wings, appearing in 50 games in 2021-22. He was fourth on the team in defensemen scoring with four goals and 10 assists. He also scored one goal and an assist in seven playoff games.
