An Aurora county sheriffs deputy is now facing several charges related to child pornography. The Aurora county sheriffs department released a statement about the matter to its social media, saying 24-year-old David Suarez is no longer an employee with the department due to the child pornography investigation.
Suarez faces five counts of possession of child pornography. According to court documents Suarez knowingly received and kept several nude photos of a 17-year-old he received through Facebook messenger. The messages were reported to authorities by an unknown third party on July 11th.
