Former first lady Rosalynn Carter has passed away at the age of 96. According to family she passed away Sunday. She had been living with dementia and had been in declining health for some time. She with her husband President Jimmy Carter spent 77 years together as a married couple. Her husband, former president Carter is 99 years old and entered hospice care in February.
