Former Sioux Falls dance coach facing solicitation of a minor charges

A Sioux Falls dance coach is facing soliciting a minor charges. According to court documents 30-year-old Kevin Thongvanh allegedly sent images of himself to a 15-year-old girl via snapchat. He also requested pictures from victim in question. The alleged incident began in early September of 2020 and spanned approximately three years. The incidents began while Thongvahn was an instructor at Champion Legacy Dance Academy where the victim was a participant. He faces 10 counts in this case
