Former University of Minnesota running back Marion Barber III died of heat stroke

Former University of Minnesota running back and Dallas Cowboy and Chicago Bear Marian Barber III died of heat stroke according to police Monday. The 38-year-old former star running back was found dead at his Frisco Texas apartment on June 1st. In a statement given to police Barber’s death was ruled an accident by the Collin County medical examiner. No further elaboration was given on the situation.
