A former Watertown teacher and coach has been sentenced to 15-years in prison after pleading guilty to 4th degree rape of a 15-year-old student during an overnight tournament. 33-year-old Jordan Bakken accepted a plea deal in the matter in order to have other charges against him dropped. Bakken was tried in a Brookings county courthouse where the judge while handing down the sentence called the situation a classic case of grooming.
