South Dakota Game Fish and Parks are investigating two deer illegally killed in Hamlin and Kingsbury county. According to the Hamlin County Sheriff’s office, two whitetail bucks were found dead within a week between Nov. 3rd through the 9th near the Hamlin/Kingsbury county line. Both bucks were shot. Authorities believe it was done off the road on private property with rifles and the deer where then left to die. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the illegal deer harvesting to contact them at 1888overbag or by submitting an online report.
