South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s chief of staff Mark Miller resigned from his position Monday. In a statement released to the Dakota Scout, Miller says he informed the Governor of his decision to resign Monday to take a new position with a non profit in Florida. Miller served three years as Governor Noem’s chief of staff, the longest serving chief of staff she has had in her two terms as Governor.
