Gov. Noem orders flags to fly at half staff at the state capital in honor of the late Judge Jon Flemmer

Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, Aug. 9, in honor of 5th Circuit Court Presiding Judge Jon Flemmer of Webster. He became a circuit court judge in 1999 and was the longest serving circuit judge in the state.

Funeral services for Judge Flemmer will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9, in the Webster Armory.
