Gov. Noem son-in-law Kyle Peters wins seat on Watertown city council

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s family is getting further into politics. The governor’s son-in-law Kyle Peters won a seat on the Watertown City Council Tuesday night. Peters won a three-way race in Ward B over incumbent councilman Colin Paulsen and former councilman Jason Rademske. Peters will take the oath of office next month and begin serving a four year term.
