State Supreme Court Chief Justice Steven Jensen gave the “State of the Judiciary” address at the capital in Pierre Wednesday.

In the speech he talked about the importance of the bar exam as some lawmakers have tried to remove the requirement to pass said exam to practice law in South Dakota.
