The South Dakota Department of Corrections reports another inmate has passed away. According to the DOC, 66-year-old Bobby Vanbiber passed away Tuesday September 9th in the Jameson Annex of the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls. Vanbiber was serving a 50-year sentence for first-degree rape out of Grant County at the time of his death.
