Jets QB Aaron Rodgers likely done for the season with torn Achillies tendon

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is likely done for the season following being injured on the first drive of the team’s season last night on Monday night football. According to multiple reports, Rodgers suffered a torn Achillies tendon. An MRI confirmed the diagnosis Tuesday. Rodgers joined the Jets this offseason in a trade from the Green Bay Packers. Since then it has been a long awaited debut for the future hall of fame quaterback, only to see his season end on the fourth play from scrimmage this season.
