The final three Mitchell Legion baseball players accused of rape or being accessory to rape during a team overnight stay in Rapid City for a tournament in 2023 have entered their pleas. Landon Waddel, Hudson Haley and Karter Sibson each pleaded guilty to one count of being an accessory to a felony. In exchange for their guilty plea the charges of rape were dropped. The teenagers could face up to five year sin prison upon sentencing and potentially a $1,000 fine. The three plead guilty Monday in a Pennington County courthouse just two weeks after former teammates Carter Miller, Payton Mandel and Lincoln Bates also pleaded guilty as part of an agreement with prosecutors.
