The Aberdeen Police Department in conjunction with the Brown County Sheriff’s office confiscated approximately one pound of methamphetamine during a traffic stop on July 10th. According to a release from the Police Department, the stop occurred within Brown County. Authorities say they used probable cause to search the vehicle and a K9 unit was brought in. That was when the drugs valued at well over $10,000 was discovered. No announcement of arrests or chargers were made the in the release from police.
