Plumes are used to locate map and measure water pollution within the aquifer’s total body of water. Plume fronts determine directions and speed of the contamination’s spreading in it. According to District 3 Representative Carl Perry 33 representatives and nine senators have signed a petition to call a special session of the legislature regarding this Co2 pipeline. All of District 3’s and 23’s elected officials have signed along with district 1 senator Mike Rohl.
