Authorities in North Dakota have identified three people killed in a two vehicle accident near Tower City North Dakota. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol an SUV driven by a teenager crossed the center line and collided head on a 37-year-old Utica South Dakota man driving a pickup. Upon collision 40-year-old Matthew Wipf, 43-year-old Kathy Wipf and 46-year-old Dorthy Decker were all killed. The Wipfs were from Tower City while Decker was from Ipswich. The driver of the SUV and another passenger were both injured. The driver of the pickup was not hurt but was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana.
