Residents of the city of Denver voted narrowly Wednesday to decriminalize psilocybin, the psychoactive ingredient in mushrooms that makes those who consume them high.  The resolution passed by just 51 percent of the vote.  Proponents of the measure say the goal is to keep people out of jail for simply having a drug linked to helping with depression, anxiety, and PTSD.  Psilocybin has been against federal law since the 1960s.
