The state is looking into possible repossessing the former STAR Academy building in Custer after its current holder has gone delinquent on payment.  According to the Associated Press, SLIC-e Holdings, the company who currently owns the former juvenile detention campus, is three months behind on payments to the state and owes about $116,000.  If SLIC-e Holdings failed to pay by the end of Thursday, State public lands commissioner Ryan Brunner announced plans to file for repossession.
