South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem will welcome President Donald Trump July 3rd for a fireworks display at Mt. Rushmore to celebrate the 4th of July. 


The event has drawn criticism as it will bring 7,500 people together with no social distancing guidelines, no mask requirements and potential fire dangers.
