(KKLS - Rapid City, SD) Rapid City Police officials say today that 29-yr-old Barry Allman of Box Elder was arrested on the Pine Ridge Reservation, and returned to Rapid City on murder charges in a stabbing death this week.
Allman was taken into custody by officers of the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety early today in the Georgetown Housing area near Wanblee. He was named as the main suspect in the stabbing incident that killed a man early Thursday on the 1700 block of north 7th Street.
