The Associated Press reports a group of prosecutors are waiting on the results of a piece of debris in the case against South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg. Ravnsborg killed a man September 12th in an accident near Highmore. The victim, 55-year-old Joe Boever was on the side of the road when Ravnsborg hit and killed him. Ravnsborg was distracted at the time of the accident according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has criticized the speed of the investigation saying she was “frustrated” with the lack of progress in the case, calling it a disservice.
