The South Dakota Supreme court Wednesday announced it would hear the case regarding Amendment A.  Amendment A was passed by 54 percent of the voters last November and would legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 years or older.  Governor Kristi Noem, through highway Patrol Colonel Rick Miller and Pennington County Sheriff Kevin Thom took the amendment to court calling it unconstitutional and a circuit court judge sided with them.  The case will go before the supreme court April 28th at 10:00 a.m.
