Northern State University head wrestling coach, Rocky Burkett announced the signing of Hudson Pearman and Nathan Rodriguez today. The pair join fall additions Robert Coyle IIIAdam DeBoerCollin HushagenCaleb LefferdinkCurtis LeMairCaden MooreDayne MortonKolton RothBrandon SharkeyGarret Thompson, and Tanner Wiese.

Hudson Pearman // Valentine, Neb. // Valentine HS
Pearman is a 5-foot-7, 149/157-pounder out of Valentine High School. He was a 4-year starter for the Badgers under head coaches Shane Allison and Jason Kelber. Pearman finished his high school career with a 173-62 record overall. He was a 2-time South Dakota state qualifier and 4-time Nebraska state qualifier. Pearman finished as the 2015 State Runner-up, and was a place winner in both 2016 and 2017. In addition, he was a 2-time district champion and 3-time Southwest Conference Champion. He is the son of Hoss and Tanya Pearman.

  Nathan Rodriguez // Omaha, Neb. // Millar South HS
Nathan Rodriguez is a 5-foot-7, 133-pounder out of Millard South High School. He was a 4-year starter and 2-year team captain for the Patriots under head coach Doug Denson. Rodriguez finished his career with a record of 192-22, as a 4-time Nebraska Class A Medalist, finishing as high as third in his final two seasons. He was a 2-time district and conference champion. The Patriots won back-to-back-to-back State Tournament and State Dual Championships. He is the son of Rhonda Rodriguez.
